Abstract EN

We decided through this study to clarify the basics and purposes of the value building structure in Islamic law mainly on two levels.

the first is jurisprudential on the grounds that the jurisprudential system took care of the value side through the jurisprudential rules that established the behavior of the individual and his ethics in a clear and hidden manner.

However, the intentional side was neglected in return.

This led to a setback in this topic, which stood on the threshold of halal and haram according to the jurisprudential circle, and made the inclusion of the moral side among the first ranks of the legislative structure as an urgent need.

The second level is the doctrinal aspect through which the value representations within the circle of good and ugliness are diagnosed in two contexts.

A formal material context dealt with by the verbal investigators of the most prominent doctrinal groups such as the Mu'tazilah and Ash 'ariya, and an applied context that was very much evident with the people of taste, starting from the limit of mysticism to practice, varying according to the varying status and conditions
