Citizenship is one of the most important issues that tunisian thought has worked on since the second half of the twentieth century until today, due to its importance in the stability of states and the cohesion of societies, especially at critical historical turns such as the one it witnessed by tunisia in the light of the democratic transition experience since 2011.

the research blog of the tunisian thinker moncef wanass is an important study material on this topic.

he studies the quality of cultural policies in the maghreb and their references and impact on the basic personality and behavioral, social, and political patterns by virtue of his specialization in cultural and political sociology.

in our research, we adopted a critical analytical approach, whereby we studied blog texts, then reconstructed and evaluated them to formulate true citizenship.

this approach led us to classify it into two main elements : the first element relates to the obstacles that prevent building true citizenship from the perspective of justice and people.

the second element relates to the ways of formulating the state of citizenship.
