تناولت هذه الدراسة تأثير أربع مستويات من المخصب الحيوي EM1 (0، 1، 1.5، 2) مل/ لتر ماء كتغذية جذرية (حيث تم تحضير المخصب الحيوي مسبقا) على بعض الصفات النوعية لنبات الريحان.
أجريت هذه الدراسة في مدينة البيضاء عام 2023، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن هناك فروقا معنوية ذات دلالة لوجود فروق بين تراكيز المخصب الحيوي، مع أن التراكيز (1، 1.5، 2) مل/ لتر، تفاوتت في تأثيرها على طول النباتات فلعب دورا مهما في الصفات النوعية وأعطى المعدل 2 مل/لتر أفضل النتائج، كما سببت طريقة الإضافة الجذرية زيادة في نسبة الزيت، وتحسين نسبة الأزوت والبروتين، كما تم تحضير المستخلص النباتي للريحان واستخدامه في تثبيط نمو فطرAspergillus spp وجد أن له تأثير مثبط لهذا الفطر.
Abstract EN
This study examined the effect of four levels of EM1 biofertilizer (0, 1, 1.5, 2) ml.
1 liter of water as root nutrition (where the biofertilizer has been prepared previously) according to some qualitative characteristics for the basil plant.
This study was conducted in the city of Al Bayda in 2023, and the results showed that There are significant differences between the concentrations of the biofertilizer, although the concentrations(1, 1.5, 2) ml/l, varied in their effect on the length of the plants, thus playing an important role in the characteristics.
