After modern linguistics curricula ruled in the language and literary arena, signed the document on the end of the time of comparative historical curricula in the language lesson, the western's care for the recipient grew, and they pulled the rug from under the author, even though he was the original / legitimate owner of the literary output, until they signed the certificate of his death / murder, inherited the reader all his intellectual and literary property, and showed up what's called the author death theory, followed by receiver theories with their different names and orientations under extreme dependence, sometimes absolute, on western ideas in the field of linguistic and other lessons, there have been those in the Arab world who advocate the death of the author, authorize the reader to dispose of his texts without limitations and make no secret that word means nothing and that it is more important than meaning and intentions; thus, in receiving the text, the reader writes and compiles it, not reads it and understands it.

in this research, we try to trace the roots of the term "receiving" in Arab heritage, then in western thought and modernism for draw fair boundaries to the receiving kingdom, so that the recipient will not be darkened, and will not encroach upon the author of a text.
