Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the role played by training programs in achieving the quality of higher education, as the latter is mainly linked to excellence and continuous development at all levels, where the training process takes its importance as the first strategies that should be adopted to develop the performance of the university professor to ensure the contribution to achieving quality outputs of higher education institutions.

the study concluded that effective training programs with their dimensions (accurate identification of training needs, purposeful design of training programs, effective implementation of training programs) have a very important role in developing the capabilities and skills of university professors, and thus contribute to achieving the quality of higher education.
