The modern Algerian state, like other countries (states), is going through a state of political, cultural, economical and social revolution of change.

this revolution represents an important turning point in its path towards development and the desired progress therefore, it is in need to devote all its material and human abilities, capacities, and potentials to catch up with development and civilisation the most effective way to achieve this goal is to implement an educational policy that is line with the requirements of the social change which carries out the true meaning of investing in human energy and resources on this basis Algerian government has adapted and modernised the educational curricula and adopted alternative approaches through which it seeks to improve the teaching methods based on openness to the world and that focuses on achieving the integration of the learner with his reality by linking solutions to problems he might face in his daily life.

in this case, the role of the teacher became restricted to guiding his learners(not spoon-feeding).

the teacher should be competent (possess) have a high level of competency in matters of knowledge and teaching skills that will enable him to do his job with perfection that meets the learner needs and expectations.
