The Islamic West has witnessed a great intellectual, cultural and political movement since the Islamic conquest of the region.

political entities and sectarian movements emerged and varied which gave birth to a wide layer of scholars.

as a consequence, varied opinions and ideas aroused great controversy and confusion and became a public and private talk in that era this is not considered as a strange matter if we realize that the historical, ideological path of the Islamic West countries in general was full of the doctrinal ideas as a result of the accumulations of doctrines such as Ibadhi, Mu'tazila, Maliki, Ismaili, Ash'ari and Dahiri.

thus, we saw that our topic of research relates to the study of the most important belief which is Ash'ari and the position of its men in the Islamic West from Ibenhazm al-Dahiri, relying on the most important historical events such as debates and intellectual rivalries reported by historical sources.
