The word “sacred” in the Islamic Maghreb has been associated with words like: “blessed” or “blessing”; and therefore it acquires holiness by relative inheritance.

it’s a result rather than a personal choice the use of the word “sacred” is mainly for religious purposes or mythological rituals.

we try to provide, through our work, the most important aspects of dealing with water in the Maghrebian remedy to reveal the economical, social and cultural impacts of water treatment, this study aims to open new horizons in the intermediate historical research to transfer it from the narrative and textual character to the accumulated cognitive field in social mobility.
