علاقة الذكاء الوجداني بتقدير الذات لدى الطالب: دراسة ميدانية بجامعة تيزي-وزو (الجزائر)‎

Abstract EN

The present study aimed to attempt to detect the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and self esteem of college student, we relied on the descriptive approach being appropriate for our study, the size of our study sample is estimated at 90 students in the college of humanities and social sciences from all disciplines and levels of study three system (L M D) of the university of Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou, two tools were applied to collect information, the emotive intelligence scale by Ahmad al-Alwan (2011) and the self-esteem scale for Abdul Rahman Saleh al-Azraq (2000), and the results of the study in the existence of a correlation between the various dimensions of emotional intelligence and self esteem, meaning the higher the growth of emotional intelligence among college student the greater the high the level of appreciation for themselves.
