Abstract EN

This research studies the investment climate in Algeria through studying the reality of the use of geographical information systems (GIS) and e-governance, during the period 2010- 2022, so it's obvious that the use of GIS and e-governance has become one of the aspects of development and progress in which countries compete, to gain the confidence of the foreign direct investors.

we have concluded through this research that the investment climate in Algeria is still unhealthy and inappropriate for attracting foreign direct investment, due to several factors that made it a difficult destination for investors, surely the most important of these factors is the weak use of modern technologies and e-governance, which led to a delay in the level of attractiveness of the investment climate in Algeria, and its classification among the list of corrupt countries.
