Abstract EN

The goal of the study was to determine the reality of artificial intelligence applications and to reveal the level of empowerment among employees of the communication company (ooredoo) Algeria, as well as to determine the degree of relationship between these two variables from the perspective of the sample.

the purpose of the questionnaire was to collect data, which was then entered into the SPSS programme and processed.

the study came up with a number of findings, the most noteworthy of which was the existence of a positive, statistically significant association between the reality of artificial intelligence application and the reality of telecom business worker empowerment at the level of 0.01 or less.

the most significant of the study's recommendations was to offer artificial intelligence training sessions to enhance worker empowerment and to regularly monitor the infrastructure of devices, programmes, and networks.
