This research paper presents a reading of the concept of the organization with the aim of reconsidering some of the theoretical postulates on which the classical theories were founded, as well as identifying the most important challenges facing economic organizations today, such as the fourth generation of the web, which imposed a shift towards digital business management, the environment and social responsibility.

one of the most important results reached is the need to get out of the rational illusion to rediscover the organization, adopt forward-looking research with a strategic dimension that takes into account the challenges of the environment, moralizing artificial intelligence to become the partner the main axis in organizational work, and pay attention to the dangers of GAFAM control on the world of finance and business.
