The objective of the study was to highlight the impact of organizational culture on the functioning of individuals in educational institutions through a field study at Houari Boumediene secondary school at Theniet el had, Tissemsilt state and using the analytical descriptive curriculum to achieve the study's objectives, building on identification as a study tool ", distributed to a random sample of secondary professors and professional and administrative workers estimated at 45 questionnaires, analyzed using SPSS software and using multiple statistical tools for the purpose of testing the validity or negation of the study hypotheses.

the results of the study indicated a statistically significant impact of organizational culture through its dimensions (community spirit, obligation to apply legal texts and participation in decision-making) on the functioning of Houari Boumediene secondary school workers at a moral level (α≤0.05).
