Abstract EN

The current study has aimed to find out the type of the attitude towards teaching, the level of aspiration, and the relationship between the attitude towards teaching and the level of aspiration among a group of students of the higher school of teacher Bouzareah.

the research sample consisted of 111 students aged between 19 and 24.

the descriptive method was used.

to collect data, we relied on the level of aspiration scale of Mohammed Awad Abdul Azim 2005, and the attitude towards teaching questionnaire of Baouch Houda 2012.

the results revealed the following: - the attitude towards teaching of the sample of the study is positive.

- the level of aspiration is high among the sample of the study.

- there is no statistically significant relationship between the attitude towards teaching and the level of aspiration.

in the light of the results obtained, some suggestions were made.
