This study aims to reveal the characteristics of the psychological and pathological profile of the mother of the autistic child between acceptance and diagnosis, and this is based on the clinical approach, with its tools represented in each of the half-guided interview, the psychological stress scale that contains items to measure the psychological resilience of Rabi and the seven, and the PTSD scale to detect symptoms trauma, and through the case studied, we concluded that the characteristics of the psychological and pathological profile of the mother of a child with autism spectrum disorder helped to reach the state of traumatic pathological mourning and lack of adaptation after the diagnosis stage.
