We seek through this paper to explore the theories of intelligence explaining the richness of the concept and its multiple dimensions and components to arrive at a new intelligence approach in which intelligence is a rich concept that we invest to learn about the potential of man in addressing information and solving problems, not just weaknesses and imbalances in order to classify and quantify capabilities.

it is a package of emotional and motivational knowledge potential that invests expertise, bio-psychological resources, relationship with others and the environment to deal with new situations in order to make them enjoyable and productive, a source of positive emotions and a source of productive products.
