Abstract EN

This research paper aims to identify the relationship of occupational pressures with job satisfaction among secondary education teacher.

the research was carried out on a sample of 40 male and female professors from ben Kharouf high school, Blida province.

the results showed that: - there is no correlation between occupational pressures and job satisfaction; - there are statistically significant differences between the scores of males and females in the occupational stress in favor of girls; - there are on differences between the Sampel members in the degrees of occupation stress according to the educational qualification variable; - there are statistically significant difference between the scores of the job satisfaction scale due to the gender variable; - there are no statistically significant differences in the job satisfaction scores of secondary education teacher and academic qualification.
