This study aims at reviewing and analyzing the concept and content of sustainable development and its theoretical background, for this purpose, the study adopts a descriptive methodology through induction which is based on inducing certain ideas from a general idea, to gether with a realistic analysis which links diagnosis and treatments on one hand and reality on the other.

this study reveals the fact that continual development is a way of life style determined by human ethical frameworks.

in addition, it is a developmental pattern, distinguished with rationality and seeks to create a society that is less materialistic through changing a lot of prevailing cultural concepts, which favors majority in all.
