This study aims is seeking the meaning of solidarity responsibility and identifying the cases of its application in some commercial companies, especially companies based on the principle of limited responsibility.

and the study found several conclusions, the most notably that Algerian legislators have emphasized the responsibility provisions applicable to partners and managers in some cases, introducing solidarity responsibility provisions rather than limited responsibility to protect partners and not especially in the shareholding company and the limited responsibility company in which the legislators departed from the provisions of limited responsibility and applied the provisions of solidarity responsibility.
