Abstract EN

The Algerian legislator took into consideration the economic and social changes in the development of the judicial system.

these changes les to the establishment of specialized courts to adjudicate some disputes according to the organic law No: 22 10 of the judicial system.

this was embodied in the civil and administrative proceeding law amendment the legislator adopted the commercial courts system which will undertake the consideration of some disputes of commercial nature regarding their specificity and this according to special proceedings.
