Abstract EN

The small and medium enterprises sector was able to demonstrate its importance through its contribution to providing jobs, reducing unemployment, and supporting the national economy.

hence, the launch of our study was by identifying the support structures for small and medium enterprises, as the Algerian government adopted mechanisms to support these institutions.

by establishing business incubators through contracting accompaniments that provide subsidies and financial aid in addition to tax privileges for the beneficiaries, where we limited our study to some bodies such as the national unemployment insurance fund, the national agency for supporting youth employment and the national agency for investment development, which aims to shed light on some support agencies in Algeria by evaluating the experience of support and knowing the difference between the various contracting facilities of these structures, and we relied in this study on the descriptive approach because it is suitable for narrating the facts, as well as the analytical approach in analyzing the data, and we concluded that the national agency for supporting youth employment attracts the largest number of young entrepreneurs as for the national agency for investment development, it was the largest in terms of job creation.
