This article speaks of the composition of the compass through which we can see the trends of change taking place at the level of the global political dimensions and the influence of the Algerian state's political culture.

no matter how small, our society and system can stay out of the effects of the global consumer culture broadcast by extremely dangerous networks of media, internet and telecommunications devices.

moreover, the expression of interest in the political dimension of the state may include in it all the political theories now prevailing throughout the world.

and the weakening of local cultures and the destruction of their strengths, not only at the borders, but also in the economic and industrial spheres themselves, where serious culture has been weakened, especially the culture that calls for the glorification of freedom, equality, social justice, democracy and fundamental human rights because of the dominance of the world culture and the weakness of the state.
