This study aims to highlight the Algerian public authorities' endeavors from independence to the present day to draw up numerous legal and regulatory texts and guidelines.

in order to promote the exploitation of industrial property in successful and efficient ways, and the foremost of these texts are investment laws and financial laws promulgated every year project", one of the legal solutions adopted by the Algerian legislature with a view to cleansing the outstanding problems with the industrial property was to make the concession system the only contractual method by which investors could obtain the real estate base in order to complete their investment projects.

one of the notable findings of the study is the absence of a reflection of real estate laws on the ground and the numerous legislation governing industrial property on the other, which has caused a shortcoming in their application and practical reflection.
