The study aimed to know the values of some indicators of aerobic capacity and compare these values in different types of swimmers, and to know the impact of training in the style of the American swimming training association, for a group of swimmers estimated at 15 swimmers, and they were distributed to the three types of competition 5 swimmers for each type of competition, it was concluded that there are differences in the values of the arithmetic means of the indicators of aerobic capacity for the three groups (50 m, 100 m, 400 m) in the dimensional measurement, and there are also differences in the aerobic capacity indicators in the telemetry of the study sample.
