Abstract EN

This article aims at clarifying and confirming the reality of textual unity in the classical Arab-Islamic heritage, more precisely in the holy Quran through new linguistic methods and modern discursive theories.

we deem that the best way to highlight this reality is to adopt discourse textual analysis by relying on the internal standards that fall under the co-text concerning only the purely textual, structural and linguistic aspects.

this study is carried out based on the concepts of coherence and cohesion as key phenomena of these standards, and all that derives from them such as interference, contexture, adhesion and consistency.

from there, we can apprehend what exists between exegesis and grammar among so many other sciences as cognitive correspondence, logical complementarity and necessary interaction in the Quranic discourse.

these different disciplines, despite their diversity, form a unity in the Quranic field for text processing and discourse analysis.

the text can neither be understood nor known in a perfect way outside of this globality and responsiveness.
