An increasing interest in the role of psychological factors in the formation of personality has appeared, and due to this, recent studies have carried out a psychological analysis of the personality of individuals through their literary texts.

al-Bahlani's diwan contained; texts that enable us to project personality theories on the poet's behavior.

this research aims, to reveal the characteristics of al-Bahlani's personality.

the research came in four axes: the extremist personality, which reveals the aggressive patterns, and the second axis; the narcissistic personality that expresses self-love, and the third one deals with the introverted personality whose characteristics include caring for ideals and rejecting materialism.

the fourth axis; disordered neurotic personality.
