Abstract EN

This research deals with one of the aspects of the intellectual conflict known to the Islamic world in general, and the Islamic west in particular, among the Sunnit, and other sects such as the Mu'tazilah, or deviant philosophic doctrine which entered Islamic thought, as often the direct and main cause of that conflict due to wade into in belief, and monotheism which are serious, and thorny issues that the Sunnit often forbade Muslims to delve into, or discuss, and if this is the case with philosophy and logic, considering they are not from the original sciences in Islamic thought then the debate moved, at other times to include the principals of jurisprudence, but the use of logic, and philosophy as a rational mechanism to prove or deny an issue remain the first reason for that controversy, that appeared since the end of the first century ah with the Mu'tazilah, then it took other forms later, in this cadre the topic of this research revolves through those debates that took among Ibn Hazm, and al Baji, in which the discussion took on juristic reasoning, and imitation, in which each party tried to prove the correctness of his opinion based on the Koran, and Sunnah, and mind.
