This article deals with the endowment funds study, through which we aim to highlight its role in activating the developmental role of the endowment and achieving social security for the country as a whole, while highlighting the two Kuwaiti experiences that are pioneering in this field as well as trying to answer a problem in which it revolves around the role that these funds can play in the framework of the endowment development and activating its developmental role to achieve social security, taking both the descriptive and analytical approach as well as the comparator.
