The National Agency for Real Estate Mediation and Control is one of the modern bodies established by the public authorities in 2007 in order to address the problem of managing, providing, and exploiting the industrial real estate.

However, the establishment of this body came late compared to the opening of the investment's field in most economic sectors that was decided in 1993.

And there is no doubt that the establishment of this agency came within the framework of measures that encourage and attract national and foreign investments on one hand.

On the other hand, the optimal control of the process of exploitation for industrial real estate.

In this study, we will focus on the issue of this body's independence so that it can perform the tasks assigned to it.
