Abstract EN
In order to support the creation of a global culture that fights corruption and builds confidence in the business community, as well as in institutions, the International Organization for Standardization has developed an international standard based on the principle of prevention, by providing tools to avoid all forms of corruption, which is known as ISO 37001.
The goal of this article is to show how it is possible to generalize and put into practice the ISO standard 37001 on the public and private sectors as we demonstrate its effectiveness in dealing with all drivers of corruption, as will be highlighted the potential positive effects of business after the introduction of this tool, through this article we will clarify the importance of the standard through an analytical approach to the data resulting from the importance of the anti-corruption management system.

Afin de soutenir la création d'une culture mondiale qui lutte contre la corruption et renforce la confiance dans le monde des affaires, ainsi que dans les institutions, l'Organisation internationale de normalisation a élaboré une norme internationale basée sur le principe de la prévention, en fournissant des outils pour éviter tout formes de corruption, qui est connue sous le nom d'ISO 37001.
Le but de cet article est de montrer comment il est possible de mettre en pratique la norme ISO 37001 dans les secteurs public et privé, Nous aborderons ensuite son efficacité à traiter tous les facteurs de corruption, comme cela sera souligné les effets positifs potentiels des entreprises après l'introduction de cet outil, à travers cet article nous clarifierons l'importance de la norme à travers une approche analytique des données résultant de l'importance du système de gestion anti-corruption.
