The idea of human rights is as old as humanity, it was included in all laws and man-made laws, most thinkers, researchers, and leaders tried to interpret it, and they presented different perceptions and visions about it, but there remains agreement and consensus about the necessity for a person to enjoy the minimum of those rights in order to rise to the level of humanity, as it constitutes human rights are an integrated system, but what raises confusion is those ideological and intellectual differences between people that establish sects, sects and ethnicities, which will later raise a problem related to the nature of human rights in light of sectarian and sectarian pluralism, and the way Islam deals with them.
