The study aimed to identify the role of innovative leadership on strategic ambidexterity in Al-Aqsa University in the Gaza Strip – Palestine as a case study.
This study has been tested through the testing its hypotheses, answering the study questions.
The descriptive-analytical approach was used, as a questionnaire of decimal scale was targeted a simple random sample of 199 participants of the faculty members of Al-Aqsa university.
The study concluded a set of results; the most important one that innovative leadership is related to strategic ambidexterity, and that there is a statistically significant effect of innovative leadership on strategic ambidexterity.
The study recommended to pay much attention to strategic ambidexterity through conducting a training programs and scholarships for faculty members at the university and stimulating innovative leadership and adopting innovative methods.
