نالت ظاهرة الإجرام والعود حظا وافرا من البحث من طرف المختصين، لكن أغفلت الحالة النفسية الفاصلة بين الرغبة في التغيير واللهفة إلى العود من طرف المسجون المفرج عنه، ففرصته في النجاح تتمثل في تغلبه على لهفته وإصراره على التغيير، ولهذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على الحالة النفسية عنده بين الالتزام بالتغيير والعود، عن طريق إجراء مقابلات نصف موجهة مع عينة من المفرج عنهم، وتحليل مضمون تلك المقابلات وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المسجون المفرج عنه يعاني من التناقض الوجداني بين الالتزام بالتغيير والعود، ما يتطلب دعما أسريا واجتماعيا وتدخلا علاجيا من أجل إنقاذه ومساعدته في الإصرار على التغيير ومقاومة المشاعر السلبية قبل فوات الأوان.
Abstract EN
The phenomenon of criminality apparent a great effort of research by specialist but lose sight of the psychological state between desire of change and itch to get back by released prisoner, his chance of success is cope with his itch and insisting on change that's why this paper comes in order to identify the ambivalence in released prisoner by conducting half guided interviews with a sample of released prisoner, and the method of content analysis as a tool of interviews content dump, and the study found that the released prisoner suffer from ambivalence that requires family support and therapeutic intervention.
