Abstract EN

This study aims to figure out the role of information and communication technology in the emergence of value-system conflict inside the family building, and this is done through studying the situation of some families from the Wilaya of el Tarf.

the sample consists of (10) parents from different families.

after showing the cases and analyzing the data results, it was reached that information and communication technology contributed to the occurrence of value conflict within the family by changing the family control and children's behavioral and intellectual changes.
