Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between resistance and psychological well-being in a sample of mothers accompanying their sick children to the hospital.

based on the correlative descriptive approach on a random sample of 32 mothers from the el-Bez mother-child hospital in Setif, and after calculating their psychometric properties, the tools of this study are the resistance scale and psychological well-being scale.

the results demonstrated that there is no statistically significant correlation between resistance and psychological well-being in the sample of this study, as well as there are no statistically significant differences between resistance and psychological well-being.

psychological well-being according to the following variables: the place of residence, the level of education and the number of times the child has been hospitalized.
