Abstract EN

This study came to know the attitudes of the faculty members at the department of sociology, university of Chadli Bendjdid el-Tarf, to analyze the reality of the administrative authority and its role in developing organizational trust.

using the descriptive approach, and based on the questionnaire as a main tool for obtaining data, it was distributed to a sample of (36) permanent members.

the study concluded: there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) in the attitudes of faculty members towards the role of the effectiveness of the administrative authority format in organizational confidence in the department of sociology, university of Chadli Bendjdid el-Tarf, due to the following demographic variables: gender, years of experience, academic rank, qualification.
