Internet addiction is a global phenomenon that has spread considerably precisely among adolescents, and this requires in-depth study because it has had a direct impact on social and family relationships, in our theoretical study in clinical psychology we took the Facebook network as a model, and we addressed the problem of excessive use of the internet by adolescents that generates addiction by proposing some techniques to reduce this problem.

La cyberaddiction est un phénomène mondial qui s'est propage d'une manière considérable précisément chez les adolescents, et cela nécessite une étude approfondie parce qu'il a eu un impact direct sur les relations sociales et familiales.
dans notre étude théorique en psychologie clinique on a pris le réseau Facebook comme modelé, et on a aborde le problème de l'usage excessif de l'internet par les adolescents qui engendre l'addiction en proposant quelques techniques pour réduire ce problème.
