The objective of this study is to identify the role of intellectual capital in the development of the creative capabilities of the company Algeria Télécom in the state of M'sila.

to achieve this objective, a random sample of 54 individuals was taken from this establishment.

in addition, the questionnaire is used as a tool for collecting information, and the SPSS v25 program is also used for data analysis and hypothesis validation.

according to the findings, there is a statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital and creative ability development in the company Algérie Télécom.

as a result, a number of recommendations were made in order to maintain the institute's position and reputation in the market, the most important of which was the need to spend more in order to develop and preserve intellectual capital, as well as to pay more attention to the human element, which represents the most important resource within the institution.
