Algeria, like the countries of the middle east, is experiencing difficulties in the integration of higher education graduates into the labour market.
therefore, in this article, we try to verify first the capacity of university training to offer graduates measurable skills that are compatible with the expectations of the labour market (the professionalization of university training).
secondly, we will verify the ability of the entrepreneurship training provided at the entrepreneurship house of UMMTO to train entrepreneurs and convince students to choose entrepreneurship as a professional career.
in order to carry out our work, our methodology is based on a quantitative study, carried out with the help of a questionnaire among entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs who have graduated from higher education.
our paper concludes that university education prepares students for working life, but we find that there are gaps that need to be addressed by linking vocational and general education.

L’Algérie à l’instar des pays du moyen orient rencontre des difficultés dans l’insertion des diplômés de l’enseignement supérieur sur le marché du travail.
de ce fait, nous essayons, dans le présent article de vérifier d’abord la capacité de la formation universitaire à offrir aux diplômés des compétences mesurables et compatibles avec les attentes du marché du travail (la professionnalisation de la formation universitaire).
ensuite, nous allons vérifier la capabilité de la formation à l’entrepreneuriat dispensée au niveau de la maison de l’entrepreneuriat de l’UMMTO à former des entrepreneurs et convaincre les étudiants à choisir l’entrepreneuriat comme une carrière professionnelle.
afin de réaliser notre travail, notre méthodologie s’appuie sur une étude quantitative, réalisée à l’aide d’un questionnaire auprès des entrepreneurs et des entrepreneurs potentiels diplômés de l’enseignement supérieur.
notre article abouti à la conclusion que la formation universitaire prépare les étudiants pour la vie active mais nous constatons des manques qu’il faut régler en articulant formation professionnelle et formation générale.
