This article aims to address the importance of an analysis of the economy through the notion of national system of innovation.
even if the latter is, by definition, of a complex nature in terms of the actors and institutions that compose it, we will limit ourselves in our case to dealing with the major causes of its dysfunction in Algeria.
indeed, many researchers have demonstrated the disconnection that persists between the different actors and their underperformance supported by national statistics and international classifications.

Cet article vise à aborder l’importance d’une analyse de l’économie à travers la notion de système national d’innovation.
même si ce dernier est, par définition, de nature complexe sur le plan des acteurs et des institutions qui le composent, nous nous limiterons dans notre cas à traiter des causes majeures de son dysfonctionnement en Algérie.
en effet, de nombreux chercheurs ont démontré la déconnexion qui persiste entre les différents acteurs et leurs contreperformances étayées par les statistiques nationales et les classifications internationales.
