Abstract EN

The study aims to know the relationship of total quality management in the Algerian economic institutions to improve the level of job performance, and we targeted the employees of the Sonelgaz corporation, where the questionnaires were distributed to them by adopting the five-point Likert scale, and among the results reached on the need for the Sonelgaz corporation to pay attention to the continuous improvement of various activities and management processes, and accordingly we presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the enactment of a flexible organizational and motivational system that matches the aspirations of workers in order to motivate them and stimulate their motivations.
