The success of organizations and their achievement of goals depends on the development of capabilities and the increase in the level of creativity of their members by providing an appropriate environment characterized by quality.

hence, this study aimed to answer the following main problem: how does the quality of work life contribute to achieving organizational commitment among employees at the Abad Bouziane in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was designed using a questionnaire tool distributed to the study sample estimated at 40 employees, where the results indicated a significant and statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the quality of career life on the organizational commitment of employees within the Abad Bouziane medium *Maghnia*
