Abstract EN

This study discusses the general sources of parliamentary conduct, in a reciprocal dichotomy of public and specialized sources; in order to deal exclusively with public sources in two section: international sources in the first section, and national sources in the second, the study used the structural approach, and the study reached a number of findings; the multiplicity and diversity of external and internal legal references to parliamentary conduct, as a result of which these sources are order standards of the legal system of parliamentary conduct.
