therefore, the universal declaration of human rights affirmed in its third article that “everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of his person.

”and if the national legislations of the European countries were crystallized by the struggle of their peoples and their convictions of the right to life, freedom and bodily peace, protecting and preserving them to lead a global consensus within the framework of the united nations half a century ago, then if nations are proud of this achievement, then the Islamic law, the law of mercy and honoring man, preceded all of that.
