to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was relied.

among the most important results of the research: the acquisition of the Syrian international Islamic bank ranked first among Islamic and conventional banks in terms of total assets.

the bank always seeks to develop shareholders' equity, which it considers one of the most important performance indicators.
