This research paper aims to demonstrate the contributions of the Islamic economic system in promoting social solidarity by presenting its various components and clear tools in order to achieve that solidarity derived from the principles and foundations of Islamic law, as well as knowing the similarities and differences between it and the positive economic system.

the study concluded that the Islamic economy has a deep and prosperous history full of contributions in various fields, and that it has multiple financing methods that differ from the financing methods in the positive economy.

despite the great development of the tools of the Islamic economic system, they are exposed to a set of great challenges in light of international openness, and for which an effective remedy must be developed for those challenges facing these tools.
