The internet addiction among school-aged adolescents

The current study aimed to identify the degree of addiction of the study sample on the Internet, as well as to verify the existence of statistically significant differences in Internet addiction due to the gender variable.

To answer the questions of the study and test its hypotheses, we used the descriptive analytical approach.

To collect information, the Internet addiction scale was used by Ahmed (2007), and the study found the following results: - The degree of Internet addiction is above average for the study sample.

- There are no differences in the degree of internet addiction among the study sample due to the gender variable.
