The e-learning management system (Blackboard) is one of the most important learning environment management systems that is characterized by its strength as it provides various educational opportunities as it removes all obstacles facing educational institutions, and given what the world around us in general and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular is going through from the outbreak of the new corona virus.

COVED-19 and the accompanying precautionary measures and social distancing, and as a result of the complete closure, it was necessary for the researcher to convert all the vocabulary of the children's literature course from paper vocabulary to electronic vocabulary.

therefore, the researcher conducted this study to identify the effectiveness of an educational program using the e-learning management (Blackboard) on some outcomes of learning the children's literature course and the students' attitudes towards it.

the researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of this research, using one of the experimental designs, which is the experimental design for one group, which uses the electronic learning management system (Blackboard) in the theoretical and practical aspects of the children's literature course, and the analytical survey method to study the views and attitudes of female students towards the use of the electronic learning management system (Blackboard), which represents the community of the research is for fifth-level students in the college of education, department of kindergarten, Jazan university, Saudi Arabia, for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021 ad.

the original research community included 129 female students who study the children's literature course, and the researcher chose the experimental research group in the intentional way, which numbered (65).

a female student as the total research sample, and the researcher chose (20) students to conduct the exploratory study, so that the basic research sample (the research group) became (40) students as one experimental group, and one of the most important results was that there are statistically significant differences with an effective effect between the two tribal measurements and the dimensionality of the research group in the variable of the performance aspect and cognitive achievement on (Blackboard) in the children's literature course in favor of the dimensional measurement.

e-learning (Blackboard), as well as the need for the continuation of the distance education system and the transition to hybrid learning after the end of the new corona pandemic, COVID-19.
