Purists have taken a keen interest in the linguistic sphere; Because they have realized the extent of the link between language and legal discourse, and this has led them to consider language, enable its rules, and scrutinize its norms and conditions in speech, a necessity for all those who want to practice reasoning, deduction, or issuing fatwas.

Hence, the Arab tradition and knowledge of it was one of the most important ways to know the meaning of the Prophet - peace be upon him - in his speeches.

In this research, I introduced the terms of the title of research, and a statement of the types of Arab custom, and the evidence of recognition of it, and the ways to know it, its importance, and its conditions.

Then I mentioned the characteristics of the Prophet's discourse, and the fundamentalist and doctrinal implications of considering the Arab tradition in understanding the Prophet - peace be upon him.
