The family is the foundation of society and is one of its main components.

Article 10 of the Egyptian Constitution, issued in 2014, stipulates that "the family is the foundation of society.

It is founded on religion, morals and patriotism, and the state is keen on its cohesion, stability and the consolidation of its values.

" So; The Egyptian legislator is working hard to preserve the family in its religion and morals, and to hold together its races and members, to develop its affection and to consolidate its values, even when there is disagreement among its members.

The new draft personal status law has not introduced the idea of electronic vision, which some Arab countries have done before, legislation and regulations, and it did not exist before in Egyptian legislation.

However, the reasons for its existence come from the conditions of living reality, which are many and varied, as does the case of one of the parties of the family adversary - who has the right to see the instigated - to travel outside the State, or the ence of the instigators for reasons considered legal, or the presence of an imminent danger to the instigated by some if it was seen directly, or the lack of necessary security about the instigators.

This research included: an introduction, a preliminary introduction, which I made into a statement of the philosophy of Islamic legislation in the view of those who incite them, a first paper in the procedural organization statement for viewing electronic inciters in Arab legislation, and a second research in the procedural regulation for viewing electronic inciters in the personal status law draft The conclusion is held in the statement of the main findings and recommendations.
